Brendan was so kind and compassionate in dealing with my Mom's funeral arrangements and the actual service with Kingsley the funeral director was A1. They went over and beyond to fulfill my mother's wishes. This is a very good funeral service and I would recommend it very highly. Thanks to Brendan, Kingsley and all the pallbearers.

Everyone has been so supportive and helpful at Gillmans, they have been so brilliant especially Bella who has updated and kept me informed during the whole process.

We had outstanding service from Gillman Balham at a time of sadness for our late mum’s funeral. From the first meeting with Dani, we felt that she was professional, easy to talk to and guided us through all the options. She was patient, responding to emails on the same day. No request was too small or too much of a bother, even opening earlier than usual to allow for viewings. Billy, the funeral director, and his staff were very respectful and answered all the questions we had on how the plans for the day.

A big thank you to Dani and the team for making all arrangements with the day going as smoothly as planned. It was a fitting and respectful send-off for our mum.

I cannot thank Gillman Funeral Service in Carshalton enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. From start to finish, the support I received was truly exceptional.

Theresa was absolutely fantastic, kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. She guided me through every step with such warmth and professionalism, making a very emotional process feel much more manageable. Losing my loved one has been the hardest time of my life, but Theresa was there every step of the way and truly looked after me. Every single thing I asked was handled with the utmost respect and so much compassion. I felt like my husband was in the very best hands and was cared for so beautifully. The Blossom Chapel is a lovely, peaceful space and a perfect place for quiet moments with loved ones.

Anita was equally amazing, always on hand to help and ensuring that every detail was handled with care and respect. Her kindness meant a great deal to me. When I handed Anita my tribute to read at the service, her compassion and delivery were incredible. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room. I can’t thank her enough, as I wasn’t able to stand up and say everything I wanted to, and her professionalism truly shone through.

Derek was also wonderful, providing reassurance and support throughout. The calls he made to explain how the day would run and to reassure me meant so much. I would also like to say thank you to Kingsley and to our limo driver (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name). Both drivers were amazing, explaining the route and even slowing down by our local pub as requested. The whole team worked seamlessly together, and it was clear that they genuinely care about the families they support.

I would highly recommend Gillman Funeral Service to anyone in need of their services. They went above and beyond for me and my family, and I am so grateful they listened to my every wish and gave my amazing husband the best send-off. I am still receiving messages from people saying how wonderful the day was and that was down to Theresa and the team. A huge thank you from us all.

I cannot recommend Gillman's and Brendan Meade there highly enough. Gillman's provided a complete and consumate professional funeral service dealing with and attending to every possible aspect of all the necessary arrangements needing to be put in place following on the death of my mother-in-law. Friendly, helpful and totally supportive.

Gillman Carshalton team is just amazing. They have supported me from the start to the end and to beyond. Communication was always on point, nothing was too much for them. Kept me always up to date with everything and treated everyone with such compassion and care. My loved one was in good hands from the first call and their care and effort to help me through it was absolutely amazing. As i had to navigate things on my own, they felt like they are a family to me ,helping to sort everything. Even when i was overwhelmed they were just always there! Thank you so much Theresa and Steve and rest of the team. Hopefully i dont need to do this again, but if i ever do i will be coming back to you!

Brendan was so thoughtful and kind. His manner was so welcoming and really helped navigate a very sad time. On the day of my Dad's funeral, Darren Turk the funeral director was so lovely. Communicated every step of the way asking what we wanted and what we could do. Everyone who attended thought your guys were lovely.
