Gillman Carshalton team is just amazing. They have supported me from the start to the end and to beyond. Communication was always on point, nothing was too much for them. Kept me always up to date with everything and treated everyone with such compassion and care. My loved one was in good hands from the first call and their care and effort to help me through it was absolutely amazing. As i had to navigate things on my own, they felt like they are a family to me ,helping to sort everything. Even when i was overwhelmed they were just always there! Thank you so much Theresa and Steve and rest of the team. Hopefully i dont need to do this again, but if i ever do i will be coming back to you!

Brendan was so thoughtful and kind. His manner was so welcoming and really helped navigate a very sad time. On the day of my Dad's funeral, Darren Turk the funeral director was so lovely. Communicated every step of the way asking what we wanted and what we could do. Everyone who attended thought your guys were lovely.

All the staff at Gillman’s Funeral Home showed great patience and care throughout the arrangements for my aunt’s funeral. Communication with Steph was efficient and reassuring, making everything much easier during a difficult time. Darren was amazing on the day of the burial, ensuring everything ran smoothly and with dignity. We are truly grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by the entire team.

Brendan and his team were incredibly supportive and caring during such a difficult time. They took away so much of the stress, allowing us to grieve without the worry of organising everything ourselves. As we had never been through this process before, Brendan guided us gently through every step, explaining our options with great empathy and understanding.

We also worked with Hillary, our celebrant, who was wonderful. The service and blessings she delivered were deeply meaningful and truly “hit the spot” — it felt like the perfect send-off for our baby.

A special mention as well to Darren, our funeral director, who was so compassionate and attentive. He made sure everything was done exactly as we wished, giving us the time and space we needed to say our final goodbyes in the best possible way.

The warmth and care shown by the entire team made us feel truly looked after. We are so grateful and would highly recommend their services.

I would like to thank Gillman Funeral Service Carshalton for their amazing support organising my father's funeral. Theresa McCourt was our funeral arranger and was outstanding from the start. She really took her time with us, explained everything we needed to know, and considered our religious and cultural practices when arranging the funeral. We were able to contact her at any time with our enquiries and she was always available to help. Theresa's kindness and professionalism put us at ease and ensured we were in good hands; we were very fortunate to have her.
The funeral service was simply beautiful. Sherren was our funeral director and she led it with such professionalism and compassion. They gave my father the most beautiful and dignified send off.
