Billy and the team on the day of the funeral were professional, and respectful of some last minute tribute requests from my brother's friends. It made a very difficult day for my mum and I much easier.

A very special thank you to Theresa, who from the very beginning made my brother and me feel relaxed and welcome. She listened to us, offered advice when we needed it, and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making decisions. Her empathy and understanding meant a great deal to us, and we were kept informed throughout the entire process.
We would also like to convey our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Kingsley and the team for the respectful and dignified way they cared for Papa on his final journey to the graveside. Kingsley gave our family the time we needed, never made us feel rushed, and coordinated everything perfectly.

I've nothing but huge praise to each and every member of the team. At such a difficult and highly emotional time they really make the process easy and painless. Nothing is too much bother, no strict deadlines to adhere too. "No problem, we'll sort that, don't you worry" said many times. We did our booklets through them, flowers ordered next door simple.
Must mention Steph in the office thank you for everything, you are great at what you do. The two gentlemen who collected my mother from my home showed such compassion and respect it meant so much, we knew she was in good hands. Finally the pallbearers each and everyone were incredible on the day. Thank you all once again from all of the Lynch family
