After my mum pasting and a really bad experience from the so call caring co op The team from Gillman Steph Bella and Nina came to the rescue getting my mum remove from the co op and dealing with her last journey in the most caring way Could not have ask for more Maybe the co op staff should go to Gillman and learn what caring mean before putting it on tv adds

From the very beginning, Steph has been absolutely amazing. During one of the hardest times of my life, she has shown nothing but kindness, compassion, and professionalism.

She treated my great uncle with the utmost dignity and respect throughout the entire process, and that meant so much to me. Steph was always patient, understanding, and willing to help with anything I needed, making an incredibly difficult time just that little bit easier.

Steph has truly been a star from start to finish, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done. Your kindness, care, and support will never be forgotten. Thank you, Steph—you are a real credit to Gillman’s Funeral Home, and I will always appreciate your kindness and the compassion you showed throughout such a difficult time.

From the first call, the visits to the Norbury branch and countless telephone calls - PERFECT! Beryl was the consume professional whilst demonstrating humanity and compassion. I found her to be very patient, considerate, thoughtful and thorough. She explained everything, from beginning to end and stayed in touch and chased us up to meet the vital deadlines. She did this not only to ensure that Gillman Norbury held up their side to honour Mum's funeral plan, but also because she evidently deeply cared that everything should go right for our Mum. I totally agree with Deborah Clarke, Beryl provided a lot of reassurance that Mum's body would be respected and cared for. Beryl stayed in touch with the Tooting branch as the family decided that was where we would like the hearse to leave from, she ensured they were updated and took care that every request was catered for. I also applaud Sherren, who took care of the funeral day itself, and John, our Limousine driver for the compassion patience and respect demonstrated at all times. I am so happy that Mum chose Gillman, and happy that the same person (Beryl) that helped Mum pull her plan together, was the same person that helped us and guided us through this difficult time. From first contact with Carshalton branch Theresa to the ceremony lead by Anita. Everything was handled with dignity and great supportive care. Clear explanation and helpful suggestions. We had to arrange our funeral with a tight time frame, and can not thank the Carshalton team, particularly Theresa, for always being available even often on days off and making sure everything happen so perfectly. Our family thanks extended to all at make Gillman, for making our saddest time, bearable and a celebration of our loved ones life.

I would like on behalf of my brother and I and our wider family thank Theresa and Gillmans Funeral Service for the wonderful support and friendly service we were provided with throughout what was a very difficult time in arranging our dad's funeral. Anita was the recommended celebrant, she was fantastic and really helped guide us through the service. The wider team who drove the hearse under Kingsley were very professional. Thank you and the memory box at the end was a beautiful touch.

An incredibly, emotionally, painful and upsetting time for me and all the family, but Gillmans, in Garratt Lane, their staff of Steph, Nina and Bella provided support, understanding and a truly professionally service from beginning to end. Their time and patience was very much appreciated.
